  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds flank steak, trimmed
  • 8 corns tortillas
  • 0.5 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cups cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cups salsa

Steps

  1. Prepare the marinade: whisk together citrus, oil, garlic, and spices.
